The purpose of this Invitation for Bid is for the Town of Leesburg to obtain the services of a qualified contractor to perform Water Treatment Plant process residuals removal at the Town’s Kenneth B. Rollins Water Treatment Plant.
Pre-Bid Meeting:A non-mandatory virtual pre-bid meeting will be held at 9:00AM on Thursday, February 22, 2024 at the Water Treatment Plant located at 43234 Edwards Ferry Road, Leesburg, VA 20176. It is strongly recommended that all potential bidders attend this meeting to gain a thorough understanding of the contract requirements and to become completely familiar with the site.
