The Town of Leesburg (the “Town”) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide pump and motor maintenance, replacement, and installation services for the Department of Utilities including, but not limited to, the Water Pollution Control Division (WPCD) and Water Supply Division (WSD).

Pre-Proposal Meeting:
A virtual non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 2, 2023. It is encouraged that all Offerors attend this meeting to gain a thorough understanding of the Town’s needs. The pre-proposal meeting will be live streamed via Microsoft TEAMS and made available to the public.
