Equipment and Truck Repair Services

The Town of Leesburg is soliciting sealed proposals from authorized dealers to perform preventative maintenance and repair service to Town owned equipment and trucks. The Town’s intent is to establish contracts with one or more qualified equipment/truck maintenance contractors to provide as needed equipment/truck maintenance/repair. The Town reserves the right to utilize any contracts resulting from this solicitation at its own discretion.

A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held at 11:00AM on Thursday, February 8, 2024 via Microsoft Teams. It is strongly recommended that all potential offerors attend this meeting to gain a thorough understanding of the contract requirements and to become completely familiar with the statement of needs.
