The Town of Leesburg is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms specializing in food service operations to provide concession services at the A.V. Symington Aquatic Center.
Pre-Proposal Meeting:A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting, followed by a non-mandatory site visit, will be held at 11:00 A.M., on December 7, 2023 at Ida Lee Recreation Center Conference Room located at 60 Ida Lee Drive, Leesburg, VA 20176. It is strongly recommended that all potential offerors attend this meeting to gain a thorough understanding of the contract requirements and to become completely familiar with the existing conditions and locations of the required easement areas.
