Warren Green HVAC Phase II & III Project

The purpose and intent of this Invitation for Bid is to establish a firm fixed price contract with one qualified firm to provide all required provisions and resources necessary for the removal, complete installation, commissioning, and full acceptance of an HVAC system project at the Fauquier County Warren Green Building, in accordance with the Drawing, terms, conditions and FC standard HVAC specifications contained herein. The project may be awarded as a Base Bid (Phase II) and, as an alternative Bid,(Phase II, III) as noted on the Bid Forms and in the Project Drawings, depending on availability of funds. This solicitation is issued for the Fauquier County General Service Department on behalf of the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors, a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia, herein referred to as “Owner”
