Lafayette High School Building 900 Renovation

The Work under this Project for Building 900 Renovations at Lafayette High School consists of the renovation of the existing Annex Building including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire suppression, structural, and interior finishes. The building is a one-story, concrete slab on grade, steel framed structure with masonry exterior walls and brick veneer. The building is approximately 15,000sf not including the mechanical mezzanine. The Work also consists of the adjacent Courtyard improvements including new pedestrian paving, fencing, planting, grading, and drainage and any other work required as specified in the Contract Documents, shown on the Drawings, or otherwise required to complete the work of this contract.

All supervision, labor, materials, equipment, tools, and other appurtenances and/or incidentals required, and any other work required as specified in the Contract Documents, shown on the Drawings, or otherwise required to complete the work of this contract in accordance with the Contract Plan/Drawings and Specifications.

Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at Lafayette High School, Building 900, Learning Lab, 4460 Longhill Road, Williamsburg, Virginia 23188,
