Laurel Lane Elementary School Interior Refurbishment

Williamsburg/James City County Public Schools is soliciting sealed competitive bids from qualified and experienced professional contractors licensed in the state of Virginia with the demonstrated capability and capacity for Interior Refurbishment of Laurel Lane Elementary School as described in this Invitation for Bids.

The Work under this Project for Interior Refurbishment of Laurel Lane Elementary School consists of the removal/demolition and replacement of finish materials including vinyl composition tile flooring, rubber base, carpet tile, and painting of interior concrete masonry unit wall assemblies, and gypsum board assemblies. The painting also includes the painting of hollow metal frames as noted on the contract documents. All supervision, labor, materials, equipment, tools and other appurtenances and/or incidentals required, and any other work required as specified in the Contract Documents, shown on the Drawings, or otherwise required to complete the work of this contract in accordance with the Contract Plan/Drawings and Specifications.
