The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to seek a fully qualified Contractor to provide inspections and planned preventative maintenance and as-needed maintenance and repairs for automatic doors at various locations specified. All vendors shall be properly licensed by the Commonwealth of VA. Planned preventative maintenance inspections shall be made by an inspector who has been certified by the American Association of Automatic Door Manufacturers.
