James City County Library Public Restroom Improvements

The Work under this Project consists of the following:

Renovating the existing public restrooms and adding a new family restroom. Work includes, but is not limited to, the removal and replacement of the existing finishes, ceiling light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, and toilet compartments. Providing a permanent repair to the existing metal stud walls that have deteriorated where temporary measures were installed, patching and repainting of all exposed existing wall surfaces where indicated, adding soffits above the public restroom area and all work associated with the new family restroom space.

All supervision, labor, materials, equipment, tools, and other appurtenances and/or incidentals required, and any other work required as specified in the Contract Documents, shown on the Drawings, or otherwise required to complete the work of this contract in accordance with the Contract Plan/Drawings and Specifications.
