Laurel Lane Elementary School Roof Drainage and Gutter Repair

The Work under this project consists of the removal of the existing gutters and downspouts at Building #300, as noted on the drawings. The existing downspouts are routed through the existing soffit. Accordingly, the work also includes limited removal of the fascia and soffit assembly to be able to access the downspout for proper replacement. The work includes the removal and replacement of the gypsum sheathing soffit material, the replacement of the finish material on the gypsum sheathing, and painting. The work related to the installation of the downspout also includes an enclosure housing for the downspout and any other work required as specified in the Contract Documents, shown on the Drawings, or otherwise required to complete the work of this contract in accordance with the Contract Plan/Drawings and Specifications.
