This is a Restrictive Bid An invitation to Bid was issued in accordance with RCW 35.22.620, which permits the use of a Small Works Roster to solicit bids. Only qualified contractors who have (1) filled out an application to be on the MRSC Small Works Roster and have been accepted, and (2) been invited to bid on this project by the City, may submit bids. If you did not receive an email invitation to this bid directly from the City of Richland , you are not eligible to submit a bid response. The project consists of, but is not limited to, furnishing all materials, labor, tools and equipment necessary to perform the work required. The project consists of miscellaneous sewer rehabilitation at 1211 and 1215 George Washington Way Engineer's estimate: $34,000.00 - $47,000.00
