ITB #23-0067 - Sunset Street and Montana Ave Water Main Replacement

Public notice is hereby given that bids will be received for the City of Richland’s Sunset Street and Montana Ave Water Main Replacement Project by the City of Richland Purchasing Division until the date and time specified above, at which time bids will be opened and read publicly. This project includes the construction of new water main replacement (water main and services) along Sunset Street and Montana Ave. Work includes installation of approximately ,1550 LF of new 8” PVC water mains, 473 LF of new 8” Ductile Iron water main, 24 water services (residential), fire hydrants and other incidental work. This project is estimated at $610,400 to $839,300. The City of Richland, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. Small, Minority and Women-owned firms are encouraged to submit bid.
