To carry out all phases of analysis related to rulemakings of the Forest Practices Board, including a cost benefit analysis (CBA)—preliminary and final preliminary CBA—and an estimate of impacts to small businesses in the form of a Small Businesses Economic Impact Statement (SBEIS). The successful Bidder is also expected, in collaboration with DNR, to present findings to stakeholder groups and engage stakeholders in a DNR assembled economic workgroup.
