The Washington State Department of Natural Resources is initiating this solicitation to firms interested in a project to create a replacement database for the Surface Mine Reclamation Program that is an efficient, functional, and remotely accessible solution that can support a geographically dispersed work force. The database will need to support up to 12 users in both the office and field environment to conduct program functions and support mine inspection operations.
