The Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District (District) is seeking a vendor to develop a custom software system that supports the District’s biosolids program, Metrogro. This new system must have a durable framework that minimizes risks and failures, makes use of modern technology (including GIS functionality), and establishes an adaptable workflow that removes manual processes and increases Metrogro staff’s efficiency.

The District will accept proposals for this work until 11:00 am, 4/29/2024. Proposals shall be emailed to Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District , Laurie Dunn, at LaurieD@madsewer.org . The email should clearly state in the subject line: Proposal for Custom Software Development for Biosolids Program (Metrogro).

The District understands that proposers may have questions that cannot be answered by the information contained within this RFP. Proposers should submit those questions, via email, to Laurie Dunn, at LaurieD@madsewer.org by 11:00am , 4/3/2024. If answers to any submitted questions would materially affect the requirements for proposals, those questions and answers would be shared on the District’s website by 11:00 am, 4/8/2024.

The Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. The District is federal and state tax exempt.
