INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for Mt. Edgecumbe H.S. Building 1331 Gymnasium Restroom Renovation, Project Number 25RC053605A, will be received before 2:00 p.m., March 1, 2023 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This state funded project renovates the existing gymnasium first floor restrooms in Building 1331 at the Mount Edgecumbe High School.  Work includes renovating flooring, plumbing fixtures, restroom partitions and accessories, exhaust fan replacement, and lighting replacement.  This project includes one (1) additive alternate that renovates the second floor restrooms and includes hazardous materials.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $200,000 and $500,000. The Project substantial completion date will be August 4, 2023.

A non-mandatory site visit is scheduled for February 16, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. Those interested need contact Christopher Hodgin at christopher.hodgin@alaska.gov or 907-269-7484 a minimum of 48 hours prior the meeting to register for the site visit.  Meet at the front entrance of the Mt. Edgecumbe H.S. Building 1331 (Gymnasium Building) on Seward Avenue in Sitka, AK to be escorted through the work areas.
