ADA-09543 Proposal to Lease State Airport Land at Cold Bay Airport

The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to lease Item 53 consisting of a small portion of land on Tract J (ADA-09543), at Cold Bay Airport for fifty-five (55) years. Applicant: US Department of Commerce, NOAA. Annual rent: $0. Authorized uses: Aeronautical ? Installation and Maintenance of two Foundation CORS (FCORS) station and two passive Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) corner reflectors mounted on four shallow driven/drilled braced monuments.

This is an application filed under AS 02.15.090(c), which allows the Department to grant the proposed lease.
