INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for ANC North Terminal Baggage Handling System Improvements, Project Number AIP 3-02-0016-XXX-2023 / CFAPT01087, will be received before 2:00 p.m., June 14, 2023 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

The work of this federally funded project includes all necessary construction services as required to construct improvements to the baggage handling system at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport North Terminal.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The Project substantial completion date will be April 15, 2024.

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 11:00 am on June 6, 2023.  Interested bidders shall contact Jesse Campbell at 907-266-2723 or jesse.campbell@alaska.gov 24 hours prior to the meeting.  Attendees shall meet at the Polar Bear display in the North Terminal lobby.

Plans, Specs, Bid Packets and Addenda along with other additional information pertaining to the project may now be downloaded in their entirety at no charge from the Department’s approved online bidding service: https://www.bidx.com/ak/lettings . Bidding documents may also be purchased for $50.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
