CONSTRUCTION INVITATION TO BIDS (ITB’s)

Sealed bids in single copy for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment, and performing all work on Project No. 3-02-0158-024-2024/SFAPT00227; KDK: ADQ Airport Apron & Taxiway F Reconstruction, described herein, will be received until 2:00 p.m. prevailing time April 25, 2024, at the Construction Contracts Office, 1st Floor, 6860 Glacier Highway, Juneau, Alaska.

This Federally funded project will consist of reconstructing taxiway F and Apron.  Replace edge lights, conduit, and cable.  Install apron flood lighting along northern end; upgrade light bases and cabling.  Significant drainage rehabilitation.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000. All work shall be completed by July 31, 2025. This is a Race Neutral project as defined in Section G-120 of the Specifications.

Hard copies of these documents are still available in hard copy for a non-refundable fee of $100/set from the Southeast Regional Contracts, 6860 Glacier Highway, Juneau, Alaska, 99801-7999. Bidding Documents are available for inspection at the office of the Regional Department of Transportation and Public Facilities offices in Anchorage, Fairbanks and Juneau.
