RFP # 25-24-1-026 Term Agreement for Northern Region Airport Electrical Services 2024

The Northern Region State of Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, Preconstruction Services, is soliciting for professional engineering services to design or provide engineering support to airport lighting and electrical systems.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately June 2024 through December2026.  Cost of these professional services is expected to be greater than a $1,000,000.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available April 22, 2024 , and may be downloaded from our web site at: https://dot.alaska.gov/procurement/awp/awp-rfp-cal.cfm

Or the RFP may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at the Engineering Services Building, Room 3, 2301 Peger Road, Fairbanks, Alaska.  Persons residing outside the City of Fairbanks may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 451-2247 or TDD number 711 or 1-800-770-8973. (for Hearing Impaired, requires special equipment).  There is no charge for the RFP package.

FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS IN THE RFP FOR SUBMITTING PROPOSALS: Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received at the address indicated on the RFP no later than May 14, 2024 , 4:00 p.m., prevailing time.

The Northern Region Contracts Section will accept electronic (Zendto) submission of proposals.

The proposals may still be dropped off at our office. A locked Drop Box is located at the outside entry of the Tech Services Building #3 (Contracts Building Main Parking Lot West Side Entrance).  Call or Text (907) 799-5632 when you place documents in the Drop Box and we will retrieve and timestamp your documents.
