PROJECT LOCATION: Charles Street Campus – located between 7 th and 9 th Ave S and S Dearborn Street in Seattle, WA
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The City of Seattle Department of Finance and Administrative Services (FAS), Capital Development Division (CD) seeks consultants to provide architectural/engineering services for electrical service upgrade and electrical improvements to the Charles Street Campus (CSC). The City of Seattle Department of Finance and Administrative Services (FAS), Capital Development division (CD) is responsible for conducting public works projects and associated planning and studies for government and other owned and managed facilities of the City of Seattle.
Upon contract execution, the team will build on preliminary feasibility studies to create a comprehensive design that satisfies the intended use.

Those that are not clearly responsive to these minimum qualifications shall be rejected without further consideration:
