RFP 12931 – General Office Complex Restroom ADA Compliance Upgrade – P2 Shapiro

The Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA) is soliciting proposals from qualified, eligible contractors to provide all materials, equipment, and labor for the construction of single ADA unisex restrooms for the Shapiro Building located on the 1 ^st , 3 ^rd , and 4 ^th floors at Lower Colorado River Authority’s General Office Complex, including plumbing fixtures, finishes, accessories, doors, hardware, and ceilings.

Scope includes demolition, utilities, new construction of existing building interior spaces for new restrooms and accessibility upgrades as needed, according to the provided Drawings, Designs, and Specifications.
