The work of this contract consists of two segments. The first is the demolition and removal of an obsolete sawdust silo, utility bridge, and partial demolition of a masonry building that was used as a silo collection area. The second segment of this contract consists of construction-related services on an on-call basis to support urgent and routine demolition needs of the Authority.

Authorization for the Bidders to view the site of work on the MBTA's property shall be obtained by:
