| Project Details | The New York State Office of General Services Design & Construction Group (OGS) intends to contract with one (1) firm to Evaluate and Develop Environmental Compliance Services & Data. The firm must possess a strong environmental compliance background with the preparation, maintenance and modification of permits and programs in areas regulated by various State agencies including but not limited to the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC), New York State Department of Health (DOH), US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and other local, State and Federal environmental regulating entities. Assigned tasks will primarily be in this area of expertise, with an occasional requirement of resource and energy conservation. | ||
