The Illinois State Police (ISP) is seeking bids for a Tactical Response Vehicle Refurbishment Project. ISP will supply three (3) 2007 International box trucks with specialized boxes. The vendor will do the following: Inspect the frame of the supplied vehicles to ensure each vehicle is DOT compliant. Repair/replace any portion of the frame to ensure safe operability on roadway. Repair/replace the box HVAC system to ensure it is in working order. Upgrade all lighting in or on the box from incandescent to LED. Repair/replace any worn seating inside the specialized box area. Replace any broken electrical outlet in the specialized box area. Install outlets in the specialized box area to accommodate USB-A and USB-C plug ins. Repair/replace any latches to doors, cabinets, drawers so that they are in working order. Repair/replace any doors so that they lock and are in complete working order. Repair any areas of rust in or on the specialized box area. Vendor must be within 200 mile radius of Springfield, Illinois. Vendor must meet all the attached specifications. Winning vendor will be awarded based upon lowest quote total.
