The Illinois Department of Human Services, Division of Rehabilitation Services, is seeking a vendor to provide a school based management software/system for the Illinois School for the Deaf, the Illinois School for the Visually Impaired, and the Illinois Center for Rehabilitation and Education-Roosevelt facilities.

This system must be cable of managing and storing all student data , allow school staff to send emergency notifications and messages, and have the capability to create reports that allow mandatory State and Federal reporting. Please refer to the attached Invitation for Bid (IFB) document for a complete list of requirements.

It is the Agency's intention to establish a ten (10) year contract for this software, to begin on 7/01/2024.
