The Illinois Department of Transportation is seeking a bid for Septic maintenance, inspection, repairs and replacement services at our Spoon River Rest Area on I-74 Knox County at mile post 62, east bound and Spoon River Rest Area on I-74 Knox County at mile post 62, west bound. These services include pumping and cleaning the septic tanks at both locations. Nearest town Sanitary treatment center is Galesburg. Please see attached required specifications. The Vendor per labor hour rate shall include the prevailing wage basis rate and fringe benefits in accordance with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act 820 ILCS 130. Vendor will submit the Certificate of Liability with their quote.
