Fire Apparatus, Ambulance, Heavy Duty Equip & Light Duty Vehicle Maint & Repair Service, RFQ 603790

The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain the services of a qualified Contractor, whose facility is physically located in Loudoun County, Virginia, to perform preventative maintenance and repairs to County owned fire apparatus, ambulances, heavy duty equipment, light duty vehicles and other special service response vehicles for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County). Services rendered by the Contractor shall take place at either the Contractors service facility or County worksite where the apparatus, equipment or vehicle is assigned/located. The Contactor shall be able to perform preventative maintenance and repairs as specified in this RFP to all County owned fire apparatus, ambulances, heavy duty equipment, light duty vehicles and special service response vehicles as outlined in Attachment I – Loudoun County Fleet (Attachment I). Any resulting Contract will be for cost of time and materials and will be for a period of two (2) years. The County may extend the Contract year to year for up to a total of five (5) additional years.

Pre-Proposal Conference:

A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on April 12, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. in the Lovettsville Conference Room, One Harrison Street, SE, 1st Floor, Leesburg, Virginia 20175 for clarification of any questions on the specifications.
