Printing of the Budget Documents, RFQ 639832

The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain the services of a qualified contractor to provide in-house high quality printing services for the County’s annual budget documents in accordance with the specifications contained herein. The County anticipates awarding a one (1) year Contract with up to four (4), one (1) year renewal options for a maximum five (5) year Contract.

Bidders may request a hard copy of previous budget documents by contacting the Contracting Officer, however, such documents must be returned to the Contracting Officer prior to bid submission. Copies will not be mailed to bidders unless requested. Copies are available for pick-up at no charge. Requests to mail documents will be processed upon receipt of a FedEx or UPS account number. All mailings will be made via Ground, unless otherwise indicated.
