Vehicle Washing Services, RFQ 639845

The intent and purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to establish multiple FIRM FIXED PRICE term contract(s) with qualified firm(s) to furnish and provide automatic exterior vehicle washing services at their fixed commercial facility or facilities for all County of Loudoun (County) owned vehicles to include, but not limited to, small to medium vehicles (passenger cars, SUV’s, low roof vans, etc.) and medium to large vehicles (trucks, medium transit & full-size commuter buses, medium to large emergency vehicles, and enclosed trailers, etc.).

Due to the various locations of County vehicles, the County intends to award multiple contracts to contractors with facilities in the following areas, based on individual line item or location, group of line items or locations, or to make one or more aggregate awards, whichever is deemed most advantageous to the County.

The County does not guarantee an exact number or quantity of vehicles to be washed to any firm that is awarded a contract as a result of this IFB. The services shall be provided on an as needed basis.

1.1 Small to Medium Vehicles (passenger cars, SUV’s & low roof vans, etc.)

A. Within the town limits of Purcellville, Virginia

B. Within the town limits of Leesburg, Virginia

C. Within a ten (10) mile radius of the Dulles South Public Safety Center located at 25216 Loudoun County Parkway, Chantilly, Virginia, 20164

D. Within a ten (10) mile radius of the Eastern Loudoun Station located at 46620 East Frederick Drive, Sterling, Virginia, 20164

E. Within a ten (10) mile radius of the Moorefield Fire and Rescue Station located at 43495 Old Ryan Road, Ashburn, Virginia, 20148

1.2 Medium to Large Vehicles (trucks, buses, emergency vehicles, etc.)

A. Within a ten (10) mile radius of the Government Center located at 1 Harrison Street, SE, Leesburg, Virginia, 20175
