Development of a Parks, Recreation, Open Space and Trails Plan

The City of Pocatello invites interested parties to submit proposals to provide consulting services to develop and lead the creation of the City’s first Parks, Recreation, Open Space, and Trails Plan, in alignment with the City’s recently adopted Comprehensive Plan 2040. The City is looking for firms with documented experience developing comprehensive parks and recreation planning services and facilitating a robust public involvement strategy. The final plan shall include multiple elements, such as leading the City’s public engagement efforts, conducting a needs assessment, developing a design manual for City’s Parks and the development of a Parks, Recreation, Open Space and Trails Plan.
