2024 Bonneville Neighborhood Sidewalk Improvement Projects

City of Pocatello (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:

2024 BONNEVILLE NEIGHBORHOOD SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the City Hall located at 911 N. 7th Avenue, Pocatello, ID 83201 until February 14, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publically opened and read in the City Council Chambers at City Hall.

The Project includes the following Work:

The City of Pocatello has secured funding for a project, which includes installing and/or replacing of sidewalks and ADA curb ramps in the Historic Bonneville Neighborhood, as identified through the Community Development Block Grant program and/or the City of Pocatello's Transit Authority. The project locations will be determined prior to construction. Project scope includes the removal and disposal of existing non-compliant curb/sidewalk sections or ADA ramps, new base preparation, forming/pouring of new sidewalk, curb ramp, curb/gutter, and asphalt patch back per plan. Each sidewalk and curb ramp must be inspected by city staff. Contractor is also responsible for traffic control through the duration of the project and must adhere to the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). Pedestrian access must be maintained on one side of the street at all times. Project scope is anticipated at approximately $300,000.00. Projects will be awarded to the lowest bidder based on an average of their unit price per item per bid schedule.

Bids are requested for the following Contract: 2024 BONNEVILLE NEIGHBORHOOD SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT. The Contract has an expected duration of one year.
