Summary:Fairfax County Park Authority is requesting bids for driving range resurfacing at Twin lakes Golf Course.
Area size: 43,450sq ft Driving Range Tee
Stripping/Removal and Disposal offsite of existing bent grass turf from the driving range tee
Perform light grading to smooth surface and provide positive drainage from front to back of the teeing surface.
Installation of Tahoma31 Bermudagrass (supplied by bidder). Sod should be rolled, and all seams tight after installation.
No irrigation is present on the teeing surface, but care will be needed not to damage perimeter sprinkler heads.
Load matting should be used so exterior turf is not damaged.
