STORM DRAIN CLEANING, REPAIR, AND SLUDGE REMOVAL SERVICES STORM DRAIN CLEANING, REPAIR, AND SLUDGE REMOVAL SERVICES Internal pipe video scanning inspection locations will be determined by the VDOT Contract Administrator or Designee as needed. The Contractor shall be responsible for inspecting the inlet, outlet and all joints for any and all deficiencies; which shall be recorded. One (1) copy of the recording shall be provided on a USB flash drive (thumb drive) to the VDOT Contract Administrator or designee. This service will be requested by the agency on a case by case basis and may or may not be used in conjunction with the pipe cleaning. The recording shall only the video file requested and shall be readily viewable using standard "Windows" format software players.
