      2.        If the system is holding water, investigate downstream from a clog or blockage in the downstream pipe(s) that could be contributing to the water holding in this R-Tank system. If a clog/blockage is found, remove of the clog/blockage from the system.
      3.        Provide a report of the investigation and remedial actions taken.
