Summary:Notice is hereby given that the Hampton Roads Sanitation District (HRSD) (Owner) requests Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified Private Entities (Proposers) to provide professional engineering, construction, and support services necessary to design and construct multiple sanitary sewer rehabilitation and replacement projects within gravity sanitary sewer systems, utilizing a design/build delivery method governed by an Interim Agreement and Comprehensive Agreement. The goal of this Program is to reduce capacity-related sanitary sewer overflows (SSOs) within the pre-selected locality catchments through the cost-effective reduction of inflow and infiltration (I&I).
