ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at 502 N. 4th St., PO
Box 83720, Boise, Idaho 83720-0072 until 2:00 p.m. local time, on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, for DPW
Project 24500 SW Supervisory Area Office, Repave Parking Lots, Department of Lands, Boise,
Idaho.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include full depth reconstruction of the
existing asphalt and extend the pavement area towards the south of the site in front of the existing
enclosed garage and behind the open-air garage. The scope includes existing pavement removal,
grading, full depth asphalt replacement (heavy and light duty), pavement markings/restriping, bollard
placement at building corners, wheel stop placement, and replacement of a signal loop for the entrance
of the maintenance area. The project will be completed in phases to accommodate continuous IDL
operations.
Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Thursday, March 14, 2024, beginning at 3:00 p.m., prevailing local
time, at the SW Supervisory Area Office, 8355 W. State Street, Boise, Idaho. Bidders are encouraged
to attend.
One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors from the Engineer for a
refundable deposit of $50. Others may obtain documents at cost, non-refundable.
A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public
Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
