ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at the DPW Field Office,

611 Wilson, Suite 1, Pocatello, ID 83201 until 2:00 p.m. local time, on Tuesday, April 23, 2024 for DPW

Project 23333 Pocatello FMS 5 Wash Rack, Division of Military, Pocatello, Idaho.

A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: Provide a roof over an existing wash

bay area along with an adjacent wash equipment and hose room. The project will also include an enclosed

storage area for miscellaneous equipment.

Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, beginning at 2:00 p.m., prevailing local

time, at the Idaho National Guard FMS Building, 10820 N. Fairgrounds Road, Pocatello, Idaho.

Bidders are encouraged to attend.

One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and

electrical subcontractors from the Architect for a refundable deposit of $100.00. Others may obtain

documents at cost, non-refundable.

A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public

Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.

Estimated Cost: $392,275
