ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at the College of
Eastern Idaho, Sessions Bldg., 1600 S. 25th E., Idaho Falls, Idaho until 2:00 p.m. local time, on
Tuesday, April 23, 2024 for DPW Project 23131 Replace Roof, Sessions Bldg., College of Eastern
Idaho, Idaho Falls, Idaho.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include Removal of the existing PVC roofing
membrane and installation of new 80 mil PVC membrane with a 30-year warrantee.
Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Thursday, April 11, 2024, beginning at 10:00 a.m., prevailing local
time, at the CEI Sessions Bldg., 1600 S. 25th E., Idaho Falls, Idaho 83404. Bidders are encouraged to
attend.
One set of documents may be obtained by licensed roofing contractors and by licensed mechanical and
electrical subcontractors from the Architect for a refundable deposit of $100.00. Others may obtain
documents at cost, non-refundable.
A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public
Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
