Sealed Bids for:

DEPARTMENT OF MUSIC AND ART+DESIGN CONSOLIDATION UNIVERSITY OF MISSOURI – ST. LOUIS

UMSL PROJECT NUMBER: SC008176 CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATE: $9,100,000

will be received by the Curators of the University of Missouri, Owner, at UMSL Campus Facilities Management, Millennium Student Center (MSC) North Garage, Reception Room S-22, University of Missouri – St. Louis, 63121, until Friday, 23 February 2024 at 1:00pm CST, and then immediately opened and publicly read aloud in the MSC North Garage, Room S-08.

Drawings, Specifications, and other related contract information may be obtained at http://www.x- rhodesplanroom.com. Electronic bid sets are available at no cost and may be printed as desired by the plan holders. No paper copies will be issued. If paper copies are desired, it is the responsibility of the user to print the files or have them printed. Bid results will be available the day after the bid opening by 3:00pm on the Cross Rhodes website ( www.x-rhodesplanroom.com ).

All questions must be submitted in writing, via email or postal mail at Patterhn Ives, LLC 130 South Bemiston Avenue, Suite 800, Saint Louis, MO 63105. Bidder’s Questions shall be submitted no later than Friday, 16 February 2024 at 1:00pm CST.

A pre-bid meeting and walk-through with mandatory attendance for General Contractors will be held on Friday, 09 February 2024 at 1:00pm CST, at UMSL Campus Facilities Management, MSC North Garage, Conference Room S-08, University of Missouri – St. Louis, St. Louis, MO 63121, followed by a walk-through at the Arts & Administration Building site.

Supplier Diversity Participation Goals: The project shall have a 15% MBE, 3% SDVE, and 10% WBE- Veteran-DBE participation goal.

The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities in bids and to reject any and all bids.
