The University of Missouri (MU) System invites artists to apply for public art projects for its Roy Blunt NextGen Precision Health Building. MU seeks artists or artist teams to create new site-specific art for two spaces on NextGen’s first floor, one with a $50,000 budget, the other with a $40,000 budget. The project is being implemented as part of the NextGen Precision Health Public Art Initiative. At this time, artists should submit qualifications only, not a design proposal, via Westaf’s CaFÉ platform (Call for Entry) at CaFÉ (callforentry.org) . Once finalists are selected, they will be invited to create design proposals and will be paid a stipend that is separate from the commission amounts. Application materials are due via CaFÉ before 11:59 pm CT on April 25, 2023.
