The abbreviated Summary of Work is as follows:

• Engineering Education and Research Center (EER)
• Provide appropriate shop drawing design, construction, and commissioning to eliminate the need for the code required for weekly and annual EER smoke management testing. Including the addition of fire/smoke separation walls, smoke detection devices, fire alarm devices, and decommissioning of the equipment associated with the smoke control system. The facility will convert the atrium into a ‘communicating space’ that only requires a post-fire-firefighter-salvage-smokepurge system.
• The general Construction Budget range for the project is approximately $1,200,000.00 to $1,675,000.00.
