The abbreviated Summary of Work is as follows:

• The scope of work requested is to replace the existing modified bitumen roof system
  at (JON) JESSE H. JONES HALL with a 20-year warranted multi-ply modified bitumen
  roof system, fully adhere to a cover board with insulation and vapor barrier adhered to
  concrete deck. MEP modifications and access /site modifications are required as part
  of work scopes. The work also includes the replacement of the skylights as shown in
  the project documents.
• The general Construction Budget range for the project is approximately $3,500,000.00 to $4,000,000.00.
