Description
|
|
Basic Ordering Agreements (BOA’s) for Engineering Services with a qualified consultant (“Consultant”). The purpose of the BOA is to support EESD by providing engineering, and inspection services in structural lining and strengthening of large diameter pipes including Prestressed Concrete Cylinder Pipe (PCCP), steel, reinforced concrete pipes and other structures. Structural lining materials may include but not limited to: Fiber Reinforced Polymer composites (FRP), Carbon Fiber Reinforced Composites (CFRC), Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP), Cured-in place Pipe (CIPP) Close-fit-lining (CFL), Slip lining (SL), Spray-on Polymer lining (PL), or others. In addition, the BOA’s will also provide other general structural engineering services on an as-needed basis.
