Pursuant to ORS 279B.060 and City of Eugene Administrative Order 44-23-01-F, Public Contracting Rule 137-048-0220, sealed Proposals for Construction Inspection Services for the Downtown Riverfront Plaza Construction Project for the City of Eugene will be accepted by the Purchasing Office. Proposals will not be accepted after the Request for Proposals closing time and date. Proposals shall be valid for sixty days after opening unless otherwise specified in the specifications. This Request for Proposals does not commit the City to pay any costs incurred by any Proposer in the submission of a proposal.
