Notes:
It is the City’s intent that the successful Firm will be involved for the full duration of the
design development, preparation of construction and bidding documents, and
construction administration phases of the project. The successful Firm, its
subsidiaries, parent entities, partners, other entities that share common ownership
or control, and/or any subconsultant firms utilized for this project, are prohibited from
bidding on the construction phase of this project. The budget for this project is to be
determined as part of the design process.
This RFQ-24-034 project will be opened at 2:00 p.m. Central Time on Thursday,
February 29, 2024. Late proposals will not be accepted.
