MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING Tuesday May 30, 2023 at 10 a.m. held via Zoom videoconference, or in person, at the BTU Distribution building at 2301 Fountain View Ave #250, Bryan TX 77801 . For Zoom, you must register in advance for the pre-bid meeting at the following link:

§ SEALED bids for Bid # 027-08-23 will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. CST, Thurday, June 22, 2023 and opened and read aloud at 2:00 p.m. CST, via videoconference through Zoom at the link below.

Any bid received after 2:00 p.m. CST will not be considered. Emailed bids will not be accepted.

Bid must be completed and submitted on the forms found within the Specifications. Incomplete bid forms will invalidate the bid and the bid will be rejected and returned to the bidder upon request. The right to accept any bid or to reject any or all bids and to waive all formalities is hereby reserved by Bryan Texas Utilities

In order to ensure a fair and public bid process, all questions or clarifications related to this Request for Bid shall be addressed in writing, via the Brazos Valley Online Bidding System ( https://brazosbid.ionwave.net ) prior to 12:00 p.m. CST on June 19, 2023.

Sealed bid s shall be clearly marked with the bid number and addressed to the BTU Purchasing Department.
