Eastport Choice Neighborhood Initiative Early Action Project

The City of Annapolis (The City) is soliciting proposals from qualified offerors to provide goods and services to help the city improve the safety, visibility and prominence of the Eastport Terrance and Harbour House Community through art intervention. Areas within the Eastport Terrace and Harbour House Community that will be addressed for this transformation are as follows below:

The proposed improvements are envisioned as a series of coordinated art interventions that will address multiple needs including the beautification of the public realm, expression of community pride, envisioning of a shared community identity, traffic safety, and a more comfortable streetscape environment particularly for pedestrians and transit riders by providing shared community amenities.
