SKATE PARK PROJECT, TRUXTUN PARK – CITY OF ANNAPOLIS

The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting sealed Bids for design build services for the proposed Skate Park Project located at Truxtun Park, City of Annapolis, Maryland until 2:00 p.m.., local time, Friday, March 29, 2024. Proposals must be submitted to the Central Purchasing Office, 161 Duke of Gloucester Street, 1 ^st Floor, Annapolis, Maryland 21401. Late proposals will not be accepted under any circumstances. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to design build services to enhance the current skate park area. .

Interested parties are invited to attend a non-mandatory virtual pre-proposal conference via Google Meet at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 28, 2023. Instructions are noted below for the virtual pre proposal meeting.

Qualifications:

Proposer will be evaluated on the proposal evaluation criteria listed on page #114 of the request for proposal, RFP #24-13.

Special Requirements:

Offerors shall and must have experience with design build projects for skate park systems.

Miscellaneous:

The project entail the refurbishment of an existing skate part that was converted from an existing tennis court. Due to environmental constraints the over foot print cannot be expanded.
