REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL – RFP #24-05R

Parliamentarian Services – City of Annapolis, Maryland

The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting sealed Proposals for

Parliamentarian Services until 2:00 p.m., local time, Friday, December 22, 2023. Proposals shall

be submitted to the Central Purchasing Office, 161 Duke of Gloucester Street, 1 st Floor, Annapolis,

Maryland 21401. This is a rebid of the formally posted RFP #24-05.

The Parliamentarian will provide parliamentarian advice to City Council, Parliamentary Rulings on

parliamentary issues or questions and may conduct training for the City Council on Roberts Rules

of Order.

No pre-proposal meeting will be scheduled prior the offer due date of Friday, December 22, 2023.
